GloriaFood shuts down on 30 April 2027. Move to APPY in good time, a system that stays.
Oracle does not offer a direct replacement, and your menu and customers will not move on their own. In APPY you get an online store on your own domain with 0% commission on orders, a QR digital menu, table reservations and, when you need them, an app with your brand and a POS.

What stops on 30 April 2027
GloriaFood ends its service on 30 April 2027, and Oracle does not offer a direct replacement. From that day:
Online ordering
Customers can no longer order through GloriaFood on your website.
The QR menu
The GloriaFood QR codes on your tables no longer open the menu.
Table reservations
No one can book a table through GloriaFood any more.
Your menu and customers
They do not move to another system on their own: the menu has to be rebuilt, and your customers need to learn where to order from now on.

Questions about moving off GloriaFood
How much does the move cost?
Nothing. We move your menu from GloriaFood to APPY for free. You only pay the subscription of the plan you choose: the QR menu also has a free plan for up to 50 products, and there is no commission on orders.
How long does it take?
The online store can be live within a few hours once the menu is moved. Your own domain and online payments are connected within 48 hours at most. The iOS and Android app takes longer, because it goes through review at Apple and Google. We give you the exact timeline once we have seen your menu, so do not leave the move to the last days.
What do you need from me?
The link to the website or page your customers order from today: that is where we take the menu from. Then your logo, your company details for the contract and invoice and, if you want the store on your own domain, access to your domain settings or the contact of whoever manages your website.
What happens to my domain?
It stays yours. The APPY store runs on your own domain, usually at an address like order.yourrestaurant.com, with an SSL certificate included, and your existing website can stay as it is. If you do not have a domain, we help you buy and set one up.
Can I keep Glovo, Wolt and Bolt Food?
Yes. You keep them and we connect them to APPY: orders from Glovo, Wolt and Bolt Food go straight into the POS, without separate tablets, and the menu and availability sync automatically. The integration is part of the Appy POS plan.
What happens to my customer accounts?
The free move covers your menu. Customer accounts and order history from GloriaFood are not included. From now on your customers order in your APPY store, and their data stays yours. So that you do not lose anyone, tell them early where to order: on your website, on social media and on the tables.
