The same QR code on the table, the sunbed or in the room carries the order to the bar or the kitchen and brings the waiter, the bill and the payment into the guest's phone. They are Appy POS modules, switched on per location.
Order from the table
Every table, sunbed or room has its own QR. The guest scans it, the spot is identified automatically and the order reaches the bar or kitchen configured for that area, with the seat number, without going through a waiter.
Call the waiter
The customer taps a button in the digital menu and the waiter receives an instant notification on their device (tablet, phone or KDS). The table number and request time are displayed. No waiting, no gestures, fast and discreet service.
Ask for the bill
The customer requests the bill directly from the menu, without waiting for the waiter. The request arrives instantly at the POS or waiter, who prepares the bill. Reduces end-of-meal wait times and improves table turnover.
Pay at the table, with a tip
The customer scans the QR on the bill, sees the itemised total, chooses how much to pay, adds a tip and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment shows up instantly in the POS and the table closes itself once settled.
Review at the table
The customer can leave a review directly from the digital menu, right after their dining experience. Feedback reaches the manager instantly, enabling a quick response. Increases positive reviews and catches issues before they reach Google.
